July 20th: TIA Summer Conference

4TellX recently hosted a conference in Irving, TX to discuss issues regarding the Teacher Incentive Allotment that many of our clients have been facing and looking for a solution for. We have been getting feedback that there has been an inconsistency between student growth and teacher observation data, and this inconsistency is causing a large portion of their TIA submissions to be rejected. Our Think Tank Discussion Conference gave district employees an opportunity to hear from other colleagues and discuss these issues and give us helpful feedback to help align the data and eliminate discrepancies that negatively impact teacher bonuses.
